Technology Breakdown
Built for Speed
The forged and machined 7075 aluminum collar provides ample adjustability in an ultra-forgiving head without compromising speed. The redesigned, modern address shape blends speed and forgiveness and inspires confidence over the ball.
Engineered for Distance and Forgiveness
A new, improved roll radius tightens spin rates at different vertical contact points, so drives struck high and low on the face perform more alike. The 60x Carbon Twist Face helps heel and toe strikes stay online for narrower dispersion, and its weight savings add ball speed.
Optimized Adjustability
Two Trajectory Adjustment System (TAS) weights (13g / 4g) provide mass-efficient adjustability for optimized ball flight and spin, and a 4° loft sleeve adjusts loft, lie, and face angle. Fitters can also upgrade to an LME head with reflective markers compatible with GC Quad launch monitors.
A Shaft for Every Swing
Built from more than 11 million shots captured over 20 years, TaylorMade's rotation-based fitting matches your shaft to how you move through impact. REAX shafts combine TaylorMade engineering with Mitsubishi Chemical's materials and production expertise for a wide range of swing types.

Which REAX Shaft Fits Your Swing?
TaylorMade groups golfers by how they rotate through impact. Film your swing face-on to find your match:
- High Rotation (Red): Your body releases faster than the club, and the shaft lines up with your lead arm well after impact. About 20% of players.
- Mid Rotation (Blue): Your body and club release in sync, and the shaft lines up with your lead arm just after impact. About 60% of players.
- Low Rotation (White): The club releases faster than your body, and the shaft lines up with your lead arm before impact. About 20% of players.
Tour-Proven Technologies
A redesigned cut-through Speed Pocket reduces spin and protects ball speed on low-face strikes, so mis-hits stay strong. Multimaterial construction puts mass exactly where it maximizes speed, stability, and overall performance.
