Description
Keep your head still and your turn centered. The Swing Eye is an adjustable ring attachment for The Swing Plate that frames the golf ball through your swing. It gives you a fixed reference for a centered body turn and a still head position, the fundamentals behind fixing fat and thin iron shots. Requires a Swing Plate base, sold separately.
Why Golfers Add the Swing Eye
- Built for fat and thin irons: a steady head and centered turn help you find the same low point swing after swing.
- Keeps your eye on the ball: the ring frames the ball so you can see whether your head and body drift.
- Encourages a centered body turn: great for golfers who sway or move off the ball in the backswing.
- Fully adjustable by hand: set the arm and ring for your height and club in seconds.
- Fits both Swing Plate bases: works with the standard Swing Plate and the Dual Pro.
- Small and light: about 0.25 kg and fits in your golf bag with the rest of your Swing Plate setup.
How the Swing Eye Works
Insert the aluminum section rod into your Swing Plate base, attach the Swing Eye and adjust the arm so the ring sits over the ball. At address you should see the ball framed in the ring.
Make your swing while keeping the ball framed. If your head moves or your body sways off the ball, the ring gives you a clear visual reference. Use it with irons to build a centered pivot and more consistent strikes, then combine it with the plane stick on your Swing Plate for a complete station.
How to Set Up the Swing Eye
- Start with your Swing Plate: place your standard or Dual Pro base on the mat or grass.
- Insert the rod: slide the included aluminum section rod into the base.
- Attach and adjust: fit the Swing Eye and set the adjustable arm so the ring sits over the ball.
- Check address: from your setup, the ball should sit framed in the ring.
- Swing and stay centered: start with half swings, keep the ball framed, then build to full swings.
