The TaylorMade R1 Super TP Driver is the ultimate TaylorMade Driver. All of the cutting edge technology of the R1, paired with the Oban Kiyoshi White 65 shaft.

For those of you who have been dreaming of a Black TaylorMade R1 Driver, the wait is over. You have spoken, and TaylorMade has listened. Now there is a TaylorMade R1 Driver for everyone, both Black & White color schemes.


The new TaylorMade R1 Black Driver continues TaylorMade's mastery of adjustable drivers by offering the greatest range of adjustability of any driver in TaylorMade's history. The TaylorMade R1 Driver gives the player 12 loft-sleeve settings and 7 face-angle positions, as well as two movable shot-shape weights. The TaylorMade R1 Driver tunes to any loft, any look and any flight.

 • Thick-think crown provides lower and more-forward CG location promoting high launch, fast ball speed and low spin.
 • Inverted Cone Technology milled into the inner side of the clubface expands the portion of the face that delivers high ball speed.
 • Black clubface, along with a black crown and new gray crown graphic together promote easy alignment.
 • Improved aerodynamics reduce drag over the head to promote faster clubhead speed.
